Service description

Pranic Healing is a gentle, non-touch, distance energy healing modality that works through cleansing, balancing, and energising the body’s energy field (aura and chakras). In a session, I focus on clearing congested or heavy energy and replenishing depleted areas with fresh, supportive prana (life-force energy). The intention is to help your system feel lighter, calmer, and more balanced—so you can return to a steadier inner state. This work is subtle and personalised. Some clients notice shifts during the session (such as relaxation, warmth, lightness, emotional release, or clearer thinking), while others notice changes gradually over the next few days. Some people may not feel sensations at all—this does not mean the session “didn’t work.” Energy healing can be gentle and quiet, especially for clients who are highly busy, or under sustained stress. Pranic Healing can be supportive when you are feeling: • energetically “drained” • emotionally heavy, unsettled, or stuck in repetitive patterns • spiritually cluttered or in need of energetic clearing • out of balance and wanting to restore calm, clarity, and steadiness Important note: Pranic Healing is for general healing and wellbeing support. This is a private, respectful and energy healing service where the focus is restoring harmony—clearing the energy you may no longer need, strengthening your energetic boundaries, and helping you feel more centred and aligned. Please note: at the time of your Pranic Healing session, please keep a small bowl and Ganga Jal ready. If Ganga Jal is not available, please keep water and a small amount of salt available instead.
